Lance Brothers is Chief Revenue Officer at NCSolutions (NCS). An award-winning sales executive, Lance is responsible for sales, client consulting and business development at NCS. He and his team partner with clients to develop effective, data-driven marketing and measurement solutions that drive outcome-based advertising and growth.
With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in media, advertising and sales, Lance has pioneered effective, data-driven marketing and measurement solutions by leveraging his passion for researching, launching and building out new services that advance the industry and drive revenue.
Before joining NCS, which is a joint venture between Nielsen and Catalina Marketing, Lance held senior sales and business development positions at Nielsen, where he expanded the company’s sales of Marketing Effectiveness solutions across the U.S. and Canada. In addition, he led the commercial launch, new business development strategy, and sales teams for two of Nielsen’s most important digital initiatives – Digital Ad Ratings and Digital Brand Effect — for advertisers.
Lance began his career as a senior account executive for local television at Nielsen Media Research and later became its SVP of Client Services in Digital Ad Effectiveness.
Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Telecommunications from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Master’s Degree in Communication from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN.
Lance is a history buff, avid music fan and enjoys traveling. He lives in Chicago with his family.
